MUŠA / PURGE

After a novel by Sofi Oksanen „Purge”

The performance is centred on the life story of Alida Tru. A controversial character, suppressed feelings, critical historical circumstances. The price of Alida’s survival is betrayal. The action of the play unfolds in a crucial period of history for the Baltics: 1941-1949 and in 1992. Is there ever a lapse for a past crime?
