Jake Jeppson

Production supported by the US Embassy and the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center.

Up to thirty years of age you have been desperately trying to adapt to this incomprehensible world, but then one night on the beach you bump into something that does not suit the daily formulas — you have to save quite a legendary creature: a turtle that has seen pre-historic times. Two brothers with their wives in the chamber play by a young American playwright Jake Jeppson are forced to think about what takes place outside a comfortable, prosperous living standard.
