Dark Alleys is a collection of short stories by a Nobel Prize-winning Russian author Ivan Bunin written in 1937–1944. Dark Alleys is regarded in Russia as Bunin's masterpiece. These stories are characterized by dark, erotic liaisons and love affairs.

The performance is based on several independent stories about love and passion which enters one’s life like a killing infection. How to catch those moments of outburst that form what we call life?
